- Factory equipment must not be used for personal purposes.
7. Conduct and Behavior
- Maintain professional conduct within the premises.
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Substance use or intoxication on-site is prohibited.
8. Quality Control
- Follow company guidelines for material inspection and product finishing.
- Report defects or non-compliance with quality standards.
- Intentional tampering or neglect may lead to disciplinary action.
9. Disciplinary Actions
- Verbal or written warnings depending on the severity of the violation.
- Suspension or termination for repeated or serious offenses.
